Rebel Merchant Catering Studio is a boutique catering company specializing in intimate dinner parties, cocktail receptions, gourmet food delivery and truly decadent cuisine. Owned and operated by the Rebel Merchant himself, Brent Charles.

Brent grew up in the restaurant business where he learned all the basics but describes himself as “mostly self-taught” noting that “natural talent and creativity can go a long way”. Discovering a deep love for cooking at a young age, his culinary career spans over 30 years, moving from restaurants, to corporate cafes and finally into catering.  He truly is the definition of “a one man show” overseeing every aspect of your event.  As your personal chef, salesman and everything in between, you will be taken care of with a level of professionalism that is second to none. He could not imagine doing anything else. The kitchen is his home and hospitality is in his DNA!
